Glass sand ENISAL Thick replaces quartz in filters and keeps pool water crystal clear. The medium-sized granules create an intermediate layer: they trap larger debris, helping the main filter bed stay clean for longer and preventing it from clogging. Bacteria do not multiply and deposits do not build up on the smooth glass surface – this helps protect the filter from unpleasant odours and mould. Glass lasts longer than quartz, so you will need to clean the system much less often.
