1. The refund will be made after receiving the goods (in case of a return of goods), which are the subject of the return, at our address.

2. The statement of refusal to execute the sales contract must be sent to the above address together with the returned goods.

3. We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery.

The company Aquamonkey sp. z o.o. informs that in accordance with Art. 34 paragraph 4 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer a fee for the decrease in the value of the goods, which arose as a result of using the goods, beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
